Refund and Return Policy

Teacup Poodle Hub is committed to customer satisfaction. We provide refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure our customers are fully content with their Teacup Poodle adoption experience. Refunds are applicable if:

  • A puppy has an undisclosed major health issue verified within 7 days of purchase by a licensed veterinarian.

  • There was an error on our part regarding puppy details or transport.

2. Health Guarantee and Return Policy

Every Teacup Poodle puppy from Teacup Poodle Hub comes with a Health Guarantee. If your puppy exhibits a health condition not covered in our guarantee, we will work to provide support, including potential veterinary guidance. Returns are accepted if:

  • The puppy’s health concerns fall within the parameters outlined in our Health Guarantee.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of adoption.

In the event of a return, buyers may receive a partial refund based on the puppy’s condition, return expenses, and any veterinary fees incurred. Returns for reasons unrelated to health issues, such as allergies, require a written notice and may involve restocking fees.
