**1. General Health Guarantee:**

1.1 **Health Screening:**
All Teacup Poodle Puppies offered for sale by Teacup Poodle Hub undergo thorough health screenings by licensed veterinarians. We guarantee that, at the time of sale, the puppy is in good health and free from any visible signs of illness.

1.2 **Vaccinations and Deworming:**
Teacup Poodle Puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming appropriate for their age at the time of sale. A detailed record of vaccinations and deworming will be provided.

**2. Initial Health Period:**

2.1 **Seven (7) Days Health Guarantee:**
Teacup Poodle Hub offers a seven (7) days health guarantee from the date of purchase. If within this period, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a severe health issue, Teacup Poodle Hub will provide a full refund or a replacement puppy if available.

**3. Conditions of Health Guarantee:**

3.1 **Veterinary Examination:**
To claim under this Health Guarantee, the purchaser must obtain a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian stating the puppy’s severe health issue within the specified guarantee period.

3.2 **Notification Requirement:**
The purchaser must notify Teacup Poodle Hub of any health concerns within the guarantee period and provide necessary documentation within forty-eight (48) hours of diagnosis.

3.3 **Return Option:**
If the purchaser wishes to exercise the health guarantee, the puppy must be returned to Teacup Poodle Hub along with the written diagnosis from the veterinarian. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3.4 **Exclusions:**
The Health Guarantee does not cover common and treatable conditions, including but not limited to parasites, coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, and urinary tract infections.
