At Teacup Poodle Hub, we are dedicated to the health and well-being of our puppies. We provide a Hereditary Health Guarantee to give you peace of mind when bringing home your new Teacup Poodle. This guarantee covers any hereditary health issues that may arise within the first 5 years of the puppy’s life. If your Teacup Poodle is diagnosed with any hereditary condition, such as White Shaker Syndrome, Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease, Hip Dysplasia, Epilepsy, Heart Disease, or any other serious hereditary defect that significantly impacts your puppy’s quality of life, as confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we offer specific remedies.

Our Health Guarantee does not extend to viral or bacterial illnesses, nor does it cover accidental injuries or illnesses related to poor diet or ingestion of foreign objects. Additionally, conditions like giardia, coccidiosis, or cryptosporidium, often contracted through contaminated environments, are not covered under this agreement.

Remedies for Hereditary Health Issues:

1. Puppy Replacement: If a hereditary health issue arises, we will replace your puppy with one of equal value. The puppy must be returned at the buyer’s expense. If no replacement is immediately available, the breeder has up to 9 months to fulfill this remedy.

2. Reimbursement: We will refund 100% of the original purchase price of the puppy, excluding shipping or training fees. The puppy must be returned at the buyer’s expense for this remedy to be applicable.

Canine Disposition Statement:

While we strive to provide healthy and beautiful Teacup Poodles, the breeder cannot guarantee specific factors such as size, color, temperament, or shedding tendencies. These traits are estimated but can vary as the puppy grows, and are outside the breeder’s control.
